An Intimate Show at Cipriani Wall Street Celebrates Color, Craftsmanship, & the Modern Woman
VERDAVAINNE unveiled its Spring/Summer 2027 collection during New York Fashion Week with an intimate, salon-style presentation at Cipriani Wall Street, offering guests an unusually personal way to experience designer Cyril Verdavainne’s latest collection.
Presented before a select audience of private clients, retail partners, fashion editors and influencers, the show traded the scale of a traditional runway production for something more immediate and engaging. Guests experienced the collection at close range as models moved through the landmark’s private restaurant and onto its dramatic balcony framed by iconic granite columns

Spring/Summer 2027 finds the VERDAVAINNE woman in full bloom. Original watercolor florals, porcelain-inspired blue-and-white motifs and saturated shades of periwinkle, olive, cornflower blue and fuchsia appeared across sweeping ball gowns and sculpted silhouettes.
Signature sashes, bows and Trapunto-stitched belts defined the waist, while liquid satins, radiant faille and movement-driven skirts reinforced the collection’s distinctly feminine point of view. Every print featured in the collection is an original work created by Verdavainne and protected by copyright.
“This collection is about a woman in full bloom — confident in color, at ease in her own silhouette,” says Cyril Verdavainne. “I wanted every print to feel like it was painted just for her, and every waist to feel like it was cinched by hand. That’s the difference between a dress and a VERDAVAINNE.”
The presentation also caught the attention of Spectrum News NY1, which featured VERDAVAINNE as part of its New York Fashion Week coverage.

The Spring/Summer 2027 presentation ultimately reflected the philosophy behind VERDAVAINNE itself: luxury that feels personal. By creating an intimate setting for clients, retailers, editors and influential voices in fashion, Verdavainne made each guest a participant in the experience rather than simply a spectator.
And for a collection created around the idea of a woman in full bloom, there could hardly have been a more fitting way to introduce it.
