MODAVISIÓN® 2025 — Fashion that Unites the World
Madrid, June 7, 2025 — The countdown begins for MODAVISION® 2025, the international fashion competition that blends art, diversity, and emotion into a unique experience. Inspired by Eurovision, but adapted to the world of fashion, this event brings together designers from around the world in a global celebration of style, inclusion, and universal values. With the motto "Fashion Dresses in Peace," MODAVISION® advocates for fashion as a language without borders.
This year, Spain will be represented by the talented designer Ana María Vega, from the brand El Carlo Marbella. Ekaterina Chepak will represent Ukraine, standing out as one of the most influential designers in her country and using her art as a tool to fight for peace. Addy Van den Krommenacker will represent the Netherlands, Bence Kozak will represent Hungary, and Rose Cloak will represent Ireland. Argentina will be represented by the designer Elizabeth Pereyra, from the brand Clement, while Bolivia will be represented by Pascual Arancibia. Aiyana will represent Uruguay, Doris Marín will present Colombia, and Mayeth Sigue Codoy, designer of the brand Maet, will represent the Philippines.
Designers Creativvo and Las Oterito also join this event, bringing their innovative and fresh proposals, enriching the event with their unique creative vision. In particular, Las Oterito, under the direction of Danu Otero and in collaboration with the Argentine jeweler Juan Carlos Pallarols, will surprise the audience with a collection that includes the iconic Roses of Peace created by Pallarols. These roses are forged from bullet casings from various world wars, symbolizing the transformation of pain and violence into art and beauty.
One of the most moving moments will be the participation of Sofia Cherkashina and Kateryna Korlynska, two young Ukrainian women with hearing disabilities, from the Specialized School No. 5 of Kharkiv. Thanks to the sponsor Punto de Plata, which facilitated their travel, and the collaboration of Club Mujer Magazine, which raised funds for the creation of their collections, these talented young women will present their designs in Madrid, showing that fashion is also a path to inclusion, overcoming, and peace. These young women face constant challenges: armed conflict, lack of resources, forced displacement, and physical and social barriers. Yet, they find in fashion a vehicle for expression, resilience, and hope. Their presence at MODAVISION® 2025 symbolizes a powerful message of resistance and creativity.
MODAVISION® also reaffirms its commitment to equitable participation from designers from all interested countries, who will travel to Madrid to showcase their collections and make their mark on the international scene. The event is led by its founder Olga IF, alongside notable professionals such as artistic director Lourdes F. Iglesias, founder of the agency Rassims, and public relations director Rafael Villora. The team also includes Estrella Sañudo, graphic designer; Jose Luis Ortis, communications manager; Pablo Cebolla Díaz, audiovisual manager; Carlos Silva, technology director; and Leonardo Ortiz Ruiz, co-producer. The collaboration with the Teatro Colegio Salesianos Estrecho in Madrid and the Ukrainian school strengthens the educational, formative, and social value of the competition. The gala will be hosted by Diego Ferro and Sara Reques, recognized for their charisma and media experience. The music will be provided by DJ Ana, producer at Móvil Multigénero.
Additionally, there will be stellar performances, such as that of pop-rock artist RedMoon (Carlos Cuesta), a member of the Latin GRAMMYs and a Gold Disc winner, Mc Nasim Record's, and Ukrainian singer CARAT. Talented Argentine singers Laura Sky and Daniela La Cantante, a consolidated figure in international music, will also perform. Both artists will travel from Argentina to offer their music, adding a special and vibrant touch to the event. The audiovisual production will be handled by MIRAMIVIDEO, which will broadcast the event live and post-event on the "Es Tu Tele" channel. The makeup will be done by the professional team from Victoria FashionLand.
The designer proclaimed as the Best in the World will be chosen by the global audience, who will be able to vote live in real-time during the event. The designer with the most votes will be recognized as the winner, reinforcing the direct connection between fashion and followers from around the world. The winner of MODAVISION® 2025 will receive an impressive set of prizes, including an exclusive work by Antonio Camaró, a prominent artist who will create a unique lithograph symbolizing the perfect fusion of art and fashion.
